All auctions are conducted subject to the Terms and Conditions set forth in the “Register to Bid” section located at the top of this page, which are hereby incorporated by reference.

A Buyer’s Premium of thirteen percent (13%) shall be applied to all purchases. An additional fee of three percent (3%) shall be assessed on all payments made by credit card. Applicable state and local sales taxes shall be added where required by law.

Shipping and handling charges shall apply to all freight requests and are the sole responsibility of the Buyer.

While every reasonable effort is made to accurately describe the condition and specifications of the equipment offered, no guarantees or warranties, express or implied, are made as to accuracy, condition, fitness for a particular purpose, or merchantability.

All sales are final, with no returns, refunds, or exchanges permitted.

Prospective Buyers are strongly encouraged to attend scheduled inspections and independently verify the condition and suitability of all items prior to bidding. By participating in the auction, each Buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have either inspected the items or waived their right to do so and accept the items in their present condition.

All items are sold strictly on an “AS IS, WHERE IS” basis, with all faults and without recourse against the Seller or Auctioneer.
